Understand the full picture
If you have had an ADHD assessment before, bring the report and describe what has changed since then. Include which recommendations you tried and whether they were useful. A previous result informs the discussion but does not replace a current assessment.
What did the previous evaluation recommend, and what happened next?
Write a few specific examples before your clinical appointment. The discovery call can explain the evaluation process; it does not assess these symptoms.
Lisa Johnson, PMHNP-BC, MPH, founder of Thrivewell Health, provides adult ADHD evaluations and executive-function support for eligible adults and young adults. You can attend from Harford County or elsewhere in Maryland. Care is virtual; Thrivewell does not have an in-person office represented by this page.
The 15-minute discovery call covers services, availability, fees, and practice fit. Diagnosis, assessment, and treatment recommendations require a clinical appointment.
Access from your community
Adults in Bel Air, Aberdeen, and Havre de Grace can request an ADHD evaluation through Thrivewell’s Maryland telehealth service. Visits take place online, so you do not need to travel to a Thrivewell office. Service availability is statewide and does not depend on living in one of these communities.
Choose a private location for the visit and tell us where you will physically be. If your workday or commute takes you across state lines, confirm your appointment location before booking.
Childhood patterns, current concerns across settings, and their effects on work, relationships, and responsibilities.
Mood, anxiety, sleep, physical health, and previous treatment help put attention concerns in context.
Questionnaires, prior records, and collateral history may be requested when useful to the assessment.
