This page describes general website privacy practices. Established clients receive a separate Notice of Privacy Practices governing protected health information.
If you email, call, or submit an inquiry, Thrivewell may receive your contact information and the content you provide. Do not send diagnoses, medication lists, identification documents, insurance cards, or other sensitive clinical information through ordinary email or a general website inquiry.
Basic technical information may be processed to operate, secure, and understand use of the website, such as browser type, device information, pages requested, and approximate location derived from an internet address.
Links may direct you to separate services such as secure intake, scheduling, laboratory, patient-portal, payment, or dispensary platforms. Their privacy practices and terms apply when you use them.
Clinical information is handled through approved systems and according to applicable law and Thrivewell’s Notice of Privacy Practices. Contact the practice to request the current notice or exercise applicable privacy rights.
