When medication is appropriate, we review expected benefits, common risks, alternatives, interactions, and monitoring needs. Follow-up visits assess response, tolerability, functioning, and whether the plan should continue or change.
Medication visits provide time to discuss what is improving, what remains difficult, and any side effects or concerns. Bring your current medication list and relevant medical information so treatment decisions reflect the full picture.
Care is provided by Lisa Johnson, PMHNP-BC, MPH, founder of Thrivewell Health, through secure telehealth. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where she is licensed or authorized to practice at each appointment. View locations served.

Medication is not prescribed automatically. Thrivewell does not provide emergency prescribing, and certain medications or monitoring needs may fall outside the practice’s telehealth scope.
